Inventory Tracking

Every item is tracked in real-time from the time it is received, through any transfer, price change, inventory count, sale, and service. Bar-coded labels can be generated for any item at any time.

Using the MMS Cellular POS Software, your barcode scanner, and the item’s ESN/IMEI number, you can easily track each individual item from receipt into inventory, through shelf counts, stock transfers, and purchase orders for multiple physical and accounting locations in real-time.

During a sale, items can be identified by Model, UPC, SKU, ESN/IMEI, or an item description. For phone sales, associated items, such as activation plans, warranties, accessories, subsidies, features, or services are automatically linked.

Post-sale tracking links information about the item, customer, salesperson, sale commissions, activation, warranty, renewal, service history, and additional special details.
