Tiered by dollar value sales or item quantity, MMS retail solution carries with it an intuitive allowance that can tie commissions to a single group of products or individual products.  The commission module allows for time sensitive parameters meaning that sales commissions can be altered based on pre-sets.  The time sensitive commission rate structure also features retroactive capabilities.  With the MMS system, commission calculations can be based on fixed percentage of actual margin, percentage of actual selling, proposed margin, and percentage of proposed selling.  Different calculation methods can be tied to different product or individual groups, allowing operators to adjust commission based on mark-up.

Web Based Scheduling

With intuitive and rapid on-boarding features and an easy-to-use web interface, U-Schedule allows users to set up and begin managing employee schedules almost immediately.  With internet access being the only requirement, U-Schedule conveniently presents real-time schedule warning messages, color-coded shifts and unique shift scheduling by location.

Reporting

MMS commission reporting can be configured by batch.  With editable options (including retroactive capabilities) and backup for calculations, commission data is easily accessible.  Simple transactional sales and commission reports can be run at any time, totalled by sales representative.

Powerful reporting features give U-Schedule users additional insight into employees and schedules as well as payroll reporting.  U-Schedule reports can be downloaded in Word, Excel or PDF formats.
